Contracts Signed

We got approval on our loan last week. We signed the loan contracts on Friday afternoon and the building contracts on Saturday. The bank requires an invoice from Coral before they release the funds for the deposit. We asked our sales consultant for this on Saturday. I'm a little disapointed that she made a note of this and sent it with the contracts snail mail. The bank is asking us for it but we have to wait until the contracts arrive to head office and someone gets the message to send the bank the invoice. Just wish she had of emailed them asking for the invoice. It could have been emailed to the bank on Monday and they would already have their deposit and we would be one step closer to being in council. Oh well at least contracts are signed.

    How did Coral take the news that your 5% deposit is coming from the bank. Other builders have told me no and we are now looking at coral homes. If he are happy with this then that's great news

      Coral haven't questioned the fact that the funds are coming from the bank at all. We told them that we needed the invoice for the bank and they have sent it through to us, so I assume this means they are happy with it. I think they are just happy to receive the money, where ever it comes from.

      Who did you deal with at Coral - was it at Chisholm ?

      Yes. We have been dealing with Karen at Chisholm. She was quite helpful with shuffling the house on the block so it fitted best. Anthony at Chisholm has also been very lovely everytime we have been in. So far we have been very happy with the service we have received. Do you have a specific design you are interested in?

    We are looking at the marcoola 32 with eclipse range - ducted air is included this month so we are happy about that...

    I am dealing with Anthony and have found them all to be good.

    It doesn't look like there is that much to upgrade after you take the eclipse package....
